Specialty referrals coordination - $25 per referral

Assistance with finding and scheduling appointments with specialists outside of DPC.

Mental health support sessions - $100 per session

One-on-one sessions with a mental health professional for counseling and support.

Home visits (limited availability) - Additional $75 per visit

For members who are unable to come to the clinic due to medical reasons, within a limited radius.

Advanced lab testing - Varies

Some specialized diagnostic tests not covered by the standard membership, billed directly from the lab.

Support and resources for expectant and new mothers, focusing on health, nutrition, and well-being during and after pregnancy.
